Studio XL is Pébéo’s fine quality oil, a smooth and responsive paste made with finely ground pigments. It dries fast on the surface, so a new layer can go on from the third day, which changes the pace of the work when you are building layers or pushing paint around for impasto. It spreads in thin or thick layers on canvas, board, and wood, and holds up across large surfaces.

Drying: touch dry in 2 to 6 days depending on the thickness of the layer
Varnishing: allow the finished work to dry 6 to 9 months before applying a final varnish
