We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If something isn’t right, or you’ve simply changed your mind, here is how returns and refunds work, for orders within Greece and abroad.
Can I withdraw if I’ve changed my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, it runs from the delivery of the final item.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Wholesale orders are governed by the terms of our trade agreement.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the Withdrawal Page, which is available throughout the withdrawal period. The process takes two steps and you receive an automatic timestamped confirmation. You don’t need to email us or fill in a form. Alternatively, you can notify us at info@artcolour.gr or with the model form at the end of this page.
How do I send the items back?
Please wait for our instructions before sending your parcel. This lets us confirm the reason for the return, who covers the shipping cost, and the return method. Instructions are sent within 2 to 3 working days of your declaration. Then pack the items carefully, include a note with your order number, and send them to Art & Colour, Anexartisias 30, 65403 Kavala, Greece. Items must be returned in saleable condition and you cover the cost of return shipping. Keep your proof of postage until the refund is complete.
Is the item faulty or wrong?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we put it right at our own expense. Contact us at info@artcolour.gr as soon as you notice, ideally with a photo, and you pay no return shipping. Depending on the case, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the items back to us. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.
When and how will I get my refund?
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items or your proof of postage, to your original payment method. For a return of a full order, the refund includes the price of the products and the standard delivery charge you originally paid. For a partial return, delivery charges are not refunded, since the delivery was made for the items you keep.
What condition must the items be in?
Items must be returned unused and in saleable condition, with their original packaging where possible. You may open and inspect an item as much as needed to establish its nature and characteristics, as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that inspection and is no longer saleable, the refund is reduced to reflect its diminished value and may be reduced to zero.
Which items cannot be returned?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for products made or cut to order specifically for you, such as products in custom dimensions or specifications and custom-made canvas. If any of these arrives faulty or wrong, we put it right as normal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not yet been dispatched, contact us at info@artcolour.gr as soon as possible and we will do what we can (cancellation, amendment, or address correction). If it has already been dispatched, you can exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
Returns from abroad
The same policy applies to all orders, wherever they are shipped. For international returns you cover the shipping cost and any customs charges, and mark the parcel as “returned goods”. All returns are sent to Art & Colour, Anexartisias 30, 65403 Kavala, Greece.
