Shopping
There are two ways to find the product you are looking for.
- The first is to browse the categories (located on the home page up top centrally) and select the category to which it belongs. We have made an effort to ensure that the categories are well distributed so that it is easy to find a product.
- The second way is faster and is done by searching the product directly. Click on the Search icon at the top right (Magnifying glass) and type in what you are looking for. The website will show you all relevant results.
It’s easy! Select the product you want, the quantity and the features you want and click “Add to cart”. The product has been added to your cart. You can add as many products as you want. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the top right (Cart Icon).
When you want to complete the purchases press the “Checkout” button. At the checkout you will fill in the necessary details for the shipment and payment of the order. By clicking “Complete Order” and arranging the payment method your order is complete.
The shopping cart works just like a physical shopping cart in your shopping cart. Collect as many products as you want, the quantities and features you want and complete your order quickly and easily. At any time you can see the total number of products you have collected in the cart by clicking on the top right of the basket image.
See your cart
The Favourites (or Wishlist) section works like a virtual basket where you put all the products you like and want to save for future use. You can add products to the basket and purchase them at any time. You can also collect your ideas for gifts for your loved ones.
However, make sure you are a registered user (member) of the website and are logged in so that your favorite products can be saved and accessed for future use.
You can view your favourites through the “My Account” section (top right).
Members / Registered Users
We will be happy to have you with us! You can register as a customer by clicking “Login” (top right). There click “Register” and fill in your details and a valid email which we will use for future communication.
By registering on www.artcolour.gr you can access exclusive offers and complete your orders faster without having to fill in your details each time.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Your account is automatically created when you register at www.artcolour.gr. With it you can place your orders quickly and easily, save your billing and shipping addresses, view your past orders and have your favorites saved all the time.
Don’t worry! By clicking on “Forgot my password” below your login form you will automatically receive a message to the email you have registered with instructions on how to retrieve your password.
You can change the information you have saved by clicking on “My account”. This will take you to the page where you can edit your account details.
Payments
At the completion of your order you can pay in four (4) ways. By Cash on Delivery (Greece only), by Bank Deposit (Greece only), by Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and by Debit or Credit Card.
Payment cannot be made by Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer for shipments outside Greece.

Yes! Payment is made in a secure environment with the support of Stripe, the global payment platform for the Internet. The process is carried out according to very strict security rules of the company itself. We do not store or have access to your card details.

Shipping
As soon as possible! We do our best to complete your orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping and delivery of products depends on factors such as product availability, weather conditions and shipping location.
If the products of the order are in stock, the order is shipped within one (1) to two (2) working days.
For orders within Greece, it will reach you within two (2) to (4) working days. For orders placed before 12:00 noon we try to ship them on the same business day.
Delivery times may change for inaccessible areas and the Greek islands.

Shipping costs are free for purchases over 45 euros within Greece. For purchases less than 45 euros, shipping costs 5 euros for Greece. The shipments are made with ACS Courier or Courier Center and are delivered to your place every weekday.
There are some exceptions for very bulky parcels but in these cases, contact with you beforehand to arrange the shipment.
For international shipments shipping costs are agreed after contacting you.
