Glue Gilding Lefranc & Bourgeois 3-hour Charbonnel (Gold Size)

Turpentine-based mixing glue for gilding iconography. Traditional 3-hour glue for gold leaves. Gold leaves can be applied after 3 to 5 hours.

• High quality glue with high resistance
• Apply the gold leaves after 3 hours and at most after 6 hours
• Shake well before use (Very important)
• Let the gilded surface dry for at least one week before applying any protective medium (varnish or other)
• It can be diluted up to 10% with turpentine oil
• If diluted drying time can be reduced
• Clean the brushes after use with turpentine oil
• Lead Free
• If applied to a porous surface, it is recommended to prepare it with shellac
