Pébéo Ceramic is a solvent-based enamel paint for decoration that air dries with no firing and no kiln. It gives an opaque, intense surface with a glossy lacquer finish, a tight film, and very good lightfastness. Use it on porcelain, terracotta, earthenware, clay, and ceramic, and equally on wood, metal, glass, plexiglass, plastic, frames, and canvas.

Before you start: shake the bottle well. On porous surfaces such as terracotta and wood, seal first with a pore-filling undercoat, or the surface drinks the paint and the gloss is lost. On curved surfaces do not overload the brush, or the paint will run. After use, wipe the rim and close the cap tightly.
Working with outlines: Cerne Relief outliner tubes apply straight from the nozzle and leave a raised line. Fill the spaces between with Ceramic colours for clean, sectioned designs.
Ceramic or Porcelaine 150? Ceramic is solvent-based and air dries, for decorative use only. Porcelaine 150 is water-based and bakes in a domestic oven, which makes it dishwasher safe. If the piece is going to be used, choose Porcelaine 150.
Objects painted with Ceramic are decorative only and are not intended for contact with food. Once dry, wash gently by hand with water or glass cleaner, without soaking and never in a dishwasher. Use in a well-ventilated area and keep out of reach of children.
