Our company’s purpose is to provide the best possible service to our customers. This electronic store (e-shop) gives the opportunity to both our customers and all Internet users to be immediately informed about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases electronically.

Our company makes every possible daily effort to provide all required information about each product (technical specifications, prices, etc.). However, to limit possible errors, we would recommend that before completing any purchase, you contact us in cases where prices or any other product characteristic are beyond usual and reasonable limits. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include the applicable VAT.
In certain areas of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply and provided your purchase is made with an invoice, product prices are lower than those listed by the reduced VAT amount. Product Orders and Consumer Protection
Orders through the electronic store www.artcolour.gr constitute distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and amendments referenced in PD 131/2003 (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003) and Decision 31619 Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017 as well as the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 25, 2011, regarding consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council, published in the Official Journal of the European Union, number L 304 of 22.11.2011 as it came into effect from 13/06/2014. The user has the right to make a valid order through the electronic store, provided they are legally competent following the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (having completed the eighteenth year of age and not under judicial assistance regarding sales contract conclusion). Orders can also be made by legal representatives of legal entities. Our company reserves the right to demand return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders made by legally incompetent persons.
Placing Orders through the Electronic Store
To place an order in our electronic store requires:
– Completion of the special form with necessary details for sales contract conclusion
– Unconditional acceptance of sales contract terms and usage terms, particularly data collection and where required, personal data use.
On all pages of the electronic store www.artcolour.gr and next to each available product for purchase, there is an “add to cart” button. Navigate our electronic store and add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
To continue shopping, select from the main categories the one containing the next item you’re looking for and add it also to your cart. When you complete the product addition process, press the “CHECKOUT” button. To place an order, it’s not necessary to be a member of the electronic store www.artcolour.gr, but we would recommend becoming a member, as it will make the entire process much easier for any future use of our electronic store.
Complete the form with the username and access code you declared during registration and select “LOGIN” in the members area. If you’re not a member, press the new account creation button and complete the new member registration form with an active email account. The email you declare must exist because our communication will also be through the email you declared during registration.
Even if you don’t become a member, you will be asked for personal information such as: billing and order delivery address, email, contact telephone, information necessary for concluding and completing the contract between the two parties.

Return Policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased in Greece through the online store www.artcolour.gr.
Order cancelation
When you place your order through the online store www.artcolour.gr, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order. For any product returns, you can send us your request in writing by email to info@artcolour.gr.
For any information you need, you can contact us by consulting the contact details on our site (Contact). The products you wish to return must be in excellent condition, with sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the product packaging, you must ensure to return it in impeccable condition, together with all parts and accessories of which it consists.
You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store or to the shipping company or courier company. Our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it provides to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged.
In case a defective product is proven to be found in the delivered products, you retain the right to return and replace it at our shipping expense. In case they are not returned within 15 days, our company may not accept any product return or replacement. In any case, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case, as well as any right arising in relation to the warranty terms of the products.
Shipping of returned products
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you are charged with the direct cost of returning the products. The collection of returned products can only be carried out from the address you initially declared for their delivery and which you have indicated to us in writing. You agree to give our company as many details as possible about the delivery address of the goods, for example floor, access difficulties for the carrier/courier, existence of elevator, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the collection process from the location you indicate to us.
You agree that there will be appropriate access to the location for the collection of the returned goods. If the carrier/courier considers that the collection of products from the location you indicate may cause damage to your property, they will inform you verbally and record it on the collection form. You may instruct the cooperating transport/courier company to collect the products despite this indication, however we will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to your property or goods given that the collection of products will be done with due care and attention. You agree to give the partner all the products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories that comprise them. Upon collection of the returned products from the carrier, you will sign a collection form to certify that delivery to the carrier was made. The collection form will be given to you by the cooperating carrier/courier. If you cannot be present yourself during the collection of goods from the location, you may appoint a representative who will undertake this process on your behalf. This representative must be an adult and capable of supervising the collection of your products instead of you.
Refund of value of returned products
Provided you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning in the same way you made the original transaction unless you wish another refund method for which you must inform us in writing. The refund of the value of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be made after you inform us in writing about the product return request and we accept their return, as well as provided that the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport/courier company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply regarding the following cases:
- The supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications you have set as a consumer or clearly personalized (Private Label Products)
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements
Other
Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you by phone or email, so that you can tell us whether you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. Our company bears no responsibility for any situation that is beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one or some products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the required details and send you the products you did not receive without any additional charge.
Amendment of the terms hereof:
Our company reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions. It undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and provided that a long period of time has passed since the order was placed), please contact our company.
