Orders & Account
There are two ways. You can browse our categories (at the top of the page) or use the search function (top center). Type what you’re looking for and you’ll see all relevant results.
Select your product, quantity, and click “Add to Cart”. When finished, click “Checkout”, fill in your details, and complete your order.
The cart works like in a physical store. You collect the products you want and complete your order whenever you’re ready. View it anytime by clicking the cart icon top right.
The Wishlist is a virtual cart where you save products for future use. Great for gift ideas! Make sure you’re logged in so they stay saved.
Click “Account” (top right), then “Register” and fill in your details. As a member you get access to exclusive offers and faster checkout.
Your account is created when you register. With it you can order quickly, save addresses, view past orders, and keep your wishlist always available.
Click “Forgot password” below the login form. You’ll receive an email with instructions to recover your password.
Click “My Account” (top right) and edit your details from there.
You can purchase gift cards from our Gifts section. The recipient receives a code to use at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Shipping & Returns
We ship within 1-2 business days (for in-stock items). Delivery takes 2-4 business days (within Greece). Orders before 12:00 noon usually ship the same day. For international orders, an estimated delivery time is calculated at checkout by DHL.
Shipping is free for orders over €45. For smaller orders it costs €5 (Greece). For international shipping the cost is calculated at checkout.

We accept Cash on Delivery (Greece only), Bank Transfer, PayPal, Debit/Credit Card and Klarna. See details on our Payment Methods page.
Absolutely. Payment is processed in a secure environment certifications from Stripe. We don’t store or have access to your card details.
Our site has SSL certification to encrypt your data. Payments via PayPal and Card are processed in specially secured environments. See more in our Privacy Policy.

Clean brushes immediately after use with the appropriate cleaner (water for acrylics, turpentine for oils). Store them horizontally or bristles up. You’ll find care instructions in product descriptions.
